This makes a BIG batch of fudge. I've never had it flop. The recipe came from Kent's mom.

Ingredients
- 4 1/2 cups sugar
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 12 oz can evaporated milk
- 12 teaspoons vanilla
- 1 12 oz teaspoon salt
- 12 ounces Hershey bar, broken
- 12 cups nuts, chopped
- 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips
- 1 8 oz marshmallow cream
Instructions
Combine sugar, butter, evaporated milk, and salt in a large pan (I use a dutch oven). Cook, stirring constantly, at a full boil for 5 1/2 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in the Hershey bars, chocolate chips, vanilla, and nuts. Stir rapidly until melted. Add marshmallow cream. Pour in buttered 9" x 13" pan and chill.
