Apple Crisp (No Oatmeal)

Ingredients
- 6 apples, peeled, cored and sliced, use 6 to 8 apples
- cinnamon
- water, if needed
Topping
- 1 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup flour
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
Instructions
Place the apples in the bottom of a 9" x 13" pan. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Add a little water if the apples seem juiciously dry; otherwise don't need to do this. Combine the sugar, flour, and butter and spread over the apples. Bake at 375° for 30 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly. Serve with cream, ice cream or plain.
