Baked French Toast

Ingredients

  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 loaf French bread, Cut in thick slices
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • pinch of salt

Instructions

Melt together the butter, brown sugar and cinnamon in the bottom of a 9" x 13" pan. Lay the bread into the pan. Beat together the eggs, milk and salt. Pour over bread slices. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
