Chocolate Eclair Ring

Ingredients
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup flour
- 4 eggs
- 2 3 oz. pkg instant vanilla pudding
- 3 cups milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 8 oz Cool Whip
- 2 tablespoons cocoa
- 2 tablespoons butter
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Crust: Bring water and butter to a boil. Add flour and stir until it forms a ball. Remove from heat. Add eggs 1-at-a-time, beating well after each addition. Spread dough on a cookie sheet in the shape of a donut. Bake 45 minutes at 400 degrees. Cool. Slice in half lengthwise and remove any unbaked dough.

Filling: Mix milk and pudding, fold in vanilla and Cool Whip. Fill crust.

Frosting: Mix frosting ingredients. Place over crust and filling.
