Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup cocoa
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • evaporated milk
  • salt

Instructions

Combine in a bowl and beat with an electric mixer until you reach the consistency may you want.
