Colorado Peach Cream Pie

Ingredients
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1/4 teaspoon can
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 1 2 oz can peach slices OR 4
- 1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
Additional ingredients
- cups fresh peaches, drained
- sliced with sugar
- 1/3 cup sugar, sifted
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
Instructions
Combine 3/4 cup sugar, 2 tablespoons flour, and salt in a large bowl. Beat in sour cream, egg, and vanilla. Last, stir in peaches. Pour into 9 unbaked pie shell. Bake for 15 minutes at 400 degrees. While pie is baking, combine 1/3 cup sugar, 1/3 cup flour, cinnamon, and butter (topping will be lumpy). Remove pie from oven when bubbly and sprinkle topping over pie. Bake for 10 minutes at 400°. Cool for 1/2 hour. Refrigerate leftovers.
