Fruit Pizza

Ingredients
- 1 18 oz. refrigerated sugar cookie dough
- 1 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Fresh Fruit Glaze
- 1 cup orange juice
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1/2 cup sugar
Instructions
Spread cookie dough on a jelly roll pan. Bake at 375° for 10 minutes. Cool thoroughly. Mix cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla. Spread over crust. Arrange a variety of sliced fresh fruit on top and cover with glaze.
Combine and cook over medium heat until it thickens and clears—stirring often. Cool and pour over. Top with:
- strawberries, mandarin oranges, bananas, pineapple, kiwi, blueberries, grapes, peaches, etc. arranged on cream cheese cookie dough
