Hamburger/Bean Casserole

I got this recipe from Barb Hodgson. I call it "the funeral casserole" because it's easy to have all of the ingredients on hand and you can throw it together quickly.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 pound bacon, diced
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 2 tablespoons molasses
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 1 16 oz baked beans, drained
  • 1 16 oz butter beans, drained
  • 1 16 oz kidney beans, drained

Instructions

Brown bacon and onion. Add ground beef and brown. Add remaining ingredients. Bake 1 hour at 350°.
