Hot Fudge
This can be used as an ice cream topping, dip (fondue), or thinned down a bit and drizzled over just about anything. I like to add a little rum and drizzle over sliced oranges and Christmas!

Ingredients
- 2 squares unsweetened chocolate
- 1 1/4 cups milk
- 1 cup sugar
- 4 tablespoons flour
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- dash salt
Instructions
Whisk sugar and flour in bowl. Melt chocolate carefully. Slowly add milk, heat through. Add flour/sugar mixture to chocolate. Cook, stirring constantly, until thick. Remove from heat and stir in butter, vanilla, and salt.
