Make Ahead Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients

• 5 medium-large potatoes, mashed
• 2 3 oz cream cheese
• 2 cups sour cream
• salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

Combine all. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. (Add a little time if coming right out of the fridge.)

This can be stored in the fridge up to 1 week before using!

I don't always use a whole 2 cups of sour cream. Adjust to taste!
