No-bake Refrigerator Cheese Cake

Ingredients

Crust ingredients

• 1 16 oz. pkg. marshmallows
• 1 cup milk
• 2 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
• 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
• 1/2 cup melted butter
• 1/4 cup sugar
• pinch of salt

Filling ingredients

• 1 pint whipping cream, (or 8 oz. Cool Whip)

Instructions

Mix crust ingredients and pat into a 9" x 13" pan. Bake for 10 minutes at 350°. Cool.

Put marshmallows and milk in a heavy saucepan and melt over very low heat. Cool to like warm, then beat in cream cheese. Cool completely.

Whip cream and fold into cooled mixture. Spread on crust. Refrigerate.

This is really good and easy. I like to put a fresh strawberry (or any other piece of fruit that is in season) on each piece that is served
