Oatmeal Cookies

Ingredients

• 1 cup brown sugar, packed
• 1 cup white sugar
• 1 cup shortening, (Half Crisco, half butter)
• 2 eggs
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1 walnuts, chopped
• 3 cups oatmeal
• 1 1/2 cups flour

Instructions

Mix together and bake at 350°.

I don't know where she got the recipe, but these are the oatmeal cookies that Mom always made. Of course they're delicious!
