Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients

• 1 cup hard or Crisco, (Half butter)
• 1 cup brown sugar
• 1 cup white sugar
• 1 cup peanut butter, (scant)
• 2 eggs
• 2 1/4 cups flour
• 2 teaspoons baking soda
• 2 teaspoons salt

Instructions

Cream together the shortening and sugar. Add the peanut butter and eggs and mix. Add remaining ingredients. Mix well. Shape dough like a walnut and flatten with a fork. Bake at 350° for 10 minutes.
