Rhubarb Custard Pie

Ingredients
- 2 cups rhubarb, cut up
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons flour, mix with
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- unbaked pie crust

Instructions
Mix all together and pour into the unbaked pie crust. Bake at 350° until firm (40 minutes).
Cover with meringue of 2 egg whites and 1/4 cup sugar (I use 3 egg whites and 1/3 cup sugar or double the recipe). Brown lightly in the oven.
I usually add a little more flour—maybe a tablespoon more. Aunt Barb
