Can use up to 5 cups of rhubarb, but add another egg if you do.

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 3 tablespoons milk
  • 1/2 lemon, or
  • cinnamon, or both
  • 4 cups rhubarb

Additional

  • pour in a 9" x 13" pan, greased
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1 cup flour
  • Blend above 6 ingredients and put over rhubarb

Instructions

Bake at 350° for 45 minutes. Serve with ice cream, whipped cream, or Cool Whip.
