Can use up to 5 cups of rhubarb, but add another egg if you do.

Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 3 tablespoons milk
- 1/2 lemon, or
- cinnamon, or both
- 4 cups rhubarb
Additional
- pour in a 9" x 13" pan, greased
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1 cup flour
- Blend above 6 ingredients and put over rhubarb
Instructions
Bake at 350° for 45 minutes. Serve with ice cream, whipped cream, or Cool Whip.
