Sherried Beef
This is one of the easiest "company meals" you can make and it's delicious! The first time we had this we were newlyweds. Jane Phillipon made it and both Kent and I liked it so much that I've been making it ever since.

Ingredients
- 3 pounds beef cubes (stew meat mix)
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 1 envelope dried onion soup
- 3/4 cup sherry wine
- Noodles
- Parmesan cheese
Instructions
Heat soups and wine together and pour over meat in a Dutch oven.
Bake 3 1/2 to 4 hours at 325 degrees (covered).
Cook noodles and warm in butter. Add Parmesan cheese and chives.
Serve meat and gravy over noodles.
