Taco Casserole

Ingredients

• 1 pound ground beef
• 1 medium onion, chopped
• 1 package taco seasoning mix
• 12 ounces tomato sauce
• 8 ounces sour cream
• 6 ounces cottage cheese
• 2 cups cheddar cheese
• 1 bag plain Doritos

Instructions

Brown ground beef and onion. Add taco seasoning. Put layer of crushed Doritos on bottom of ungreased 9" x 13" pan. Add beef mixture. Top with cheddar cheese and crushed Doritos. Bake 15-20 minutes or until bubbly at 350°.
